This website is operated directly by the company above. Products are sold and shipped by the company; the website is not a third-party marketplace or payment intermediary.

We sell imported foods and related physical goods, including pasta, edible oils, seasonings, truffle products, spreads, and prepared foods legally imported into Taiwan.

The website serves retail customers and approved wholesale members. Some products are available only to approved wholesale accounts and are identified on the relevant page.

• All prices and payments are in New Taiwan dollars (TWD).
• Displayed product prices include applicable tax but exclude delivery charges.
• The total shown at checkout is the amount charged; no hidden recurring fee applies.
• The price displayed when an order is submitted governs that order.

Payments are processed on the encrypted payment page of a third-party payment provider. Available methods may include one-time credit-card payment and ATM virtual-account transfer.

We do not receive or store complete credit-card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes. An order is marked paid only after the payment provider’s server notification has been verified.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not itself create a sales contract. The order is accepted after payment and inventory are confirmed. If an item is unavailable or clearly mispriced, we may decline the order and refund all amounts paid.

• Delivery is available within Taiwan; overseas delivery is not currently offered.
• Orders normally ship within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Carrier options: 黑貓宅急便, 新竹物流, 嘉里大榮, 7-11 超商取貨, 全家店到店, B2B 大宗配送（限批發）.
• Delivery times may be longer during holidays, peak periods, or force majeure.

• 7-11 超商取貨: TWD 65 per order.
• 全家店到店: TWD 65 per order.
• B2B 大宗配送（限批發）: TWD 120 per order.
• Free shipping applies when goods total at least TWD 1000.
• An electronic invoice is issued for each completed transaction as required by law.

Taiwan’s statutory seven-day cooling-off period may apply, subject to legal exceptions for perishable, short-dated, customised, or unsealed food products. Refunds are returned to the original payment source.

Personal information is handled in accordance with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and our Privacy Policy. Necessary information may be shared with payment and delivery providers to complete a transaction.
